ADVANCE CAMP 2019

March 8 & 9th, 2019

Advance Camp is a networking and training conference for anyone interested in political optics and operations for Democratic campaigns on the national level, in preparation for the exciting 2020 Presidential campaign cycle, especially those who may be new to advance.

"Advance" staff on a political campaign arrive to a particular location ahead of the candidate (hence the name) and make all the preparations necessary for a successful campaign stop — from visual backdrops to crowd management to media logistics.

You do not need any prior experience with advance or even politics to attend Advance Camp -- just an interest in learning more. The minimum age is 18 at the time of attendance.

Interest in Advance Camp has been very high and space is limited. Applications to attend will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a final deadline of February 28th, 2019, after which no additional applications will be accepted. An application to Advance Camp does not guarantee you a space.

There is no cost to attend Advance Camp, but contributions are being accepted to defray event costs. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Please see below for more information about the schedule for the weekend for travel planning purposes.
